The issue: March 1999 SCORE
The interviewer: SCORE Editor Mike Uwate
The subject: Linsey Dawn McKenzie
Linsey was the covergirl of this magnificent issue (sold out), and her gym pictorial is called "Working Out" here in LinseysWorld.com. This was the very first interview SCORE Magazine did with LDM, and from the beginning, it was a tough one. Possibly one of Mike's most difficult interviews, as you'll find out. Today is the first half. The second part continues next week. This week's Linsey "Red Wig" pictorial, shot in Miami, is brilliant. We recommend you read the interview first, because if you look at the pictures, you're going to wind up wanking. Then when you're done, you'll want to grab a nap from the tremendous reduction in pressure. And so you'll never get to the interview. Just a suggestion.
Introduction: "If you're a titty-man, you've seen Linsey Dawn McKenzie. She debuted in the Dec. '96 SCORE, gracing the cover in a painted-on tuxedo, has been on the past two Boob Cruises and is regarded as one of the most popular, naturally busty babes of the decade. In a nutshell, she's hot. Still, we have never presented a feature-length interview with Linsey for SCORE readers. Now I know why. This was the interview from hell. The time difference between Florida and London caused several problems, AT&T, some others. Plus, Linsey is a busy girl. Between modeling, personal appearances and clubbing, she's always doing something. Consequently, this interview occurred over the course of a week on three separate occasions, with Linsey on her cell phone walking and driving the streets of London until the interview ended abruptly with Linsey getting into, of all things, a fender bender. I shit you not. So, what's Linsey really like? Chatty? Definitely. Friendly? Very. Down-to-earth? Not very. But, when you've been a celebrity since you were 15 with guys fawning all over you is that possible? Still, Linsey's probably going to make some man very happy when she's all grown up."
SCORE: Well, hot damn, I finally get to talk to you!
LINSEY: I'm sorry. I've been so busy.
SCORE: There's one thing I've been wondering for the past two days - what's it like to wake up, look in the mirror and see those boobies? LINSEY: (Giggling) It's wonderful! I love seeing them. They're my babies! That's what I call them. Sometimes I also call them my melons. SCORE: I remember seeing pictures of you when you were 15, going on 16. At what age did you realize, "I'm not like the other girls."
LINSEY: Once I hit puberty, at about 13, they started to grow. And, when I was 14, they were enormous - at least a D-cup. When I was 15 everybody's eyes were popping out. At school during "sports day," I'd be the only girl with big knockers. I found it a bit embarrassing to run in front of the boys.
SCORE: How big are we talking?
LINSEY: At 15 I was a 34DD. Even bigger when I turned 16.
SCORE: They've grown some in the past three years.
LINSEY: They have. And, they're still growing now. The bra I'm wearing is a 34GG and it's getting too small.
SCORE: Where do you shop for bras?
LINSEY: My mum usually shops for all of my bras. This one, she ordered from a catalogue. She also gets them from some shops here in London like "Bust Stop." I don't have a particular favorite bra, though - with breasts this big, you sacrifice style for comfort.
SCORE: As your breasts were growing, could you feel the growth spurt?
LINSEY: Yes, I'd say so. Because you have to live with them everyday, you get used to the weight. When they get heavier, you feel that. Also, sometimes I can feel the blood rushing through them. That's when I know they're getting bigger. They also get more sensitive then, too. Plus, at certain times of the month they get very sensitive and even bigger than normal.
SCORE: What you'd call a natural growth hormone?
LINSEY: Very natural - for girls only.
SCORE: You're a celebrity in England, but in North America you're relatively unknown. So, tell us the Linsey Dawn McKenzie story...
LINSEY: I started when I was 15. My sister took some photographs of me topless and we sent them out to photographers. The Sunday Sport saw them, and six weeks before my 16th birthday they started publishing clothed photos of me leading up to my birthday. When I was of legal age to pose topless, they printed my pictures. When I turned 18, I posed for SCORE so Americans could see me, and it's been non-stop ever since.
SCORE: With all of the fame and celebrity - and that's what you are in the U.K.-what kind of person are you?
LINSEY: I'm still the same person I was before I posed. It [fame] hasn't given me a big head or anything. What kind of person am I? I love my family very much. I love shopping-that's actually one of my favorite things to do.
SCORE: I always forget that you're still just a kid. What are you, 20 now?
LINSEY: Yes...20 years old.
SCORE: And, you've been in the public eye since you were 15. Most kids are worrying about pimples, dating and trying to get Spice Girls tickets. Did you miss anything?
LINSEY: Not really. I've done everything that I've wanted to do. I had it lucky, really, because at the age of 16 I was traveling around, meeting people. I was able to buy my own car at 17, so I have done a lot of things people my age really never get a chance to do. I've been fortunate about that. I've experienced lots of good things in my life, even though I'm only 20.
SCORE: What was that scream?
LINSEY: I don't know. I'm on my way to work. I'm doing a personal appearance at Bond's nightclub. Are we done? I have to go now.
SCORE: Actually, Linsey, we're just getting started. Why don't I call you tomorrow, same time, okay?
LINSEY: Okay then. I'll talk to you then. Bye-bye
