Twin Peaks

The last of the Nevada strip clubs that combined total nudity and liquor, the Palomino Club originally opened in 1969 when Las Vegas wasn't a corporate metropolis. Located five miles north of The Strip, the Palomino was a favorite haunt of striptease-loving tourists--guys who loved their scotch neat, their steaks rare, their cigars big, their dice hot and their girls big-busted--until the original owner passed away in the mid-'90s and the place lost its allure, and a lot of customers with it. It reopened in August, 2006 under new ownership.

If you were visiting Las Vegas in the early 1990s, you probably picked-up one of the free magazines given out at hotel front desks promoting super-sized, super-flexible Platinum Peaks such as "Today In Las Vegas" and "Desert Nights".

Beginning in 1992, Platinum was the main attraction at the Palomino Club. If you still had some money left after the casinos got through with you or if you made a nice chunk of change, you may have decided on some naked female entertainment for the evening, and the Palomino was a great spot for that.

Platinum and Tiffany Towers may have been the first Canadians to supersize their tits. Today, Amy Anderssen and Ariane St-Amour are following in their footsteps.
